- Sarah Margaret Hennessey, daughter of Rebecca and Michael Hennessey of Machias, was the first baby born at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in 2012. Sarah was born at 8:21 a.m. on Tuesday, January 3, weighing 8 pounds 10.6 oz and measuring 20.5 inches. Sarah received a loving welcome from her big brother and sister, Ben and Lily.
