The Southworth Planetarium offers its 11th annual Halloween Party! During this year's program we add a new live-action program called "SKY MONSTERS!" A look at some of the the horrid monsters in the stars, including Draco the Dragon and Medusa the gorgon.
We'll have also have our Moon Witch show (show summary below) and telescope viewing, followed by our 4th annual GHOST HOUR!
And, we'll also have free food!!
Admission: $6.00 per person; $2.00 if you wear a costume!

The scariest hour of our year. We DARE you to spend an hour in our star dome theatre listening to some of the most frightening tales of suspense and the supernatural. We "enhance" the experience with images and a few tricks here and there! Warning: we are going to do our utmost to scare the devil out of you!

Come on out to the Farm for a family outing to remember. Set on the shores of Casco Bay, Wolfe’s Neck Farm is a 626 acre nonprofit demonstration farm just a short, scenic drive from downtown Freeport and adjacent to Wolfe’s Neck Woods State Park. Enjoy the fall foliage and take a hayride out to the pumpkin field. While you’re here, visit the animals in the barnyard or go for a walk through the woods. Pumpkin hayrides cost $6/person or $20/family (including pumpkin) and benefit the Wolfe’s Neck Farm Education Program.

Rustic Overtones Halloween Bash
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2012 Ghosts, goblins, and zombies alike are all welcomed to join us at the Phoenix for the biggest halloween party of the year!
