BREWER, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- A business owner in the City of Brewer is frustrated after being the constant target of someone who is drawing graffiti on the side of his buildings.

Bryan Lewis says the problem started in mid-November when the word "Ease" was drawn on the back door of his business, Direct Stores Inc. in Brewer. He says he's been targeted several times since, most recently around New Years. "They painted on the door, they painted on the dumpster. Now recently they just painted on another building adjacent to it," says Lewis.

Lewis thought the perpetrator would be caught eventually because of surveillance cameras that captured the person in the act. But that hasn't happened. He tells us that he gave the videos and some still images to Brewer Police back in November to help their investigation.

Late Thursday night, Police told NEWS CENTER that an arrest has been made. They say that the person is a juvenile, and will not be releasing the name at this time. They said earlier in the day that there are two other juveniles they are looking into.
