Water Main Break on Ohio Street in Bangor
BANGOR, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The Bangor Water District is repairing a water main break on Ohio Street in the area of Saint Mary's Catholic Church. The break was reported at 7:00 a.m. Friday. Crews are hoping to have the break repaired in about 6 hours. Cathy Moriarty, the General Manager for the water district says 25-30 customers would be affected. She says the line is either an 8" or 12" main. Traffic on Ohio Street in the area of the break is down to one lane.
