Back 2 School Supply Drive set for August 16

Bangor, Maine (NEWS CENTER)-- The WLBZ 2 Back 2 School Supply Drive makes a return on Friday, August 16 from 4:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. outside the Target store in Bangor. We'll have live updates throughout the day.

According to a survey conducted for the National Retail Foundation, the average person with children in grades K-12 will spend $634.78 on their children to go back-to-school. 

Help us help others by donating school supplies like backpacks, pencils, pens, markers, notebooks, folders, calculators, rulers and more. All of the donations will be given to the Salvation Army who will distribute them to families in need.
