Camden National Bank Chefs’ Gala Receives Outstanding Community Support

ELLSWORTH, MAINE:  Four local businesses have stepped forward to join corporate sponsor Camden National Bank and Media Sponsor WLBZ2 in support of the 18th Annual Chefs Gala which benefits the Breast Clinic and Mammogram Scholarships at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital. 

Dead River Company and Witham Family Properties have partnered to present the popular Tony Boffa Band.  Ray Builders and EBS Building Supplies have joined forces to construct a portable kitchen that will allow the participating Chefs a place to prepare their award winning dishes that will delight the 430 guests.  Local chefs will include Chip Butterwick of Chipper’s Restaurant, Rich Malaby of The Crocker House, Kari Leach of Maine Coast Memorial Hospital, J.P. Taillon of Finn’s Irish Pub, Chiolin of Chow Maine, Rich Hanson of Cleonice Mediterranean Bistro, Frank Pendola of Nostrano, Alex Grant of Big Cat Catering and the culinary students of Hancock County Technical Center.

Guests will walk the red carpet on April 30 at The Ellsworth Ramada as sponsors feature a” Classic Hollywood Night”. Hosts Chris Facchini and Audry Amann of the WLBZ 2 News Center Team will be heading up an auction and the exciting game of Heads and Tails to benefit the mammogram scholarships at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital.
