This Friday, the Maine Women’s Policy Center is pleased to co-host, with the Environmental Health Strategy Center, Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, and The Naked Truth Project, a screening of the film Living Downstream.
This poetic, 85-minute film follows Sandra Steingraber during one pivotal year as she travels across North America, working to break the silence about cancer and its environmental links.
Living Downstream is a powerful reminder of the intimate connection between the health of our bodies and the condition of our air, land, and water.

After the screening, we invite you to join us for a discussion about the film and related public policy priorities.

WHAT: A showing of the new documentary Living Downstream *and free organic popcorn.*

WHEN: This Friday, October 22, doors open at 5:30 p.m., film begins at 6:30.

WHERE: Stonyfield Café (formerly O’Naturals), 240 U.S. Route 1, Falmouth.
